For over 40 years Roger Bain’s songs have chronicled the human condition. He has written and recorded songs about Ernie Banks, Key Largo, Julius Caesar, dead mice and over 53 other topics. He also has a song dedicated to his current residence—The Arlington Heights Song. Bain songs have aired on Local Anesthetic, Dr. Demento, the Jonathan Brandmeier Show, Tool TV, WGN, NPR and many other media outlets. He has performed with The Barking Geckos and Under the Kitchen. He claims to be a cynical optimist.
