About the Artist

Hey Nonny’s first sell-out was our first Café Carly cabaret show — featuring Chicago’s most talented young musical theater performers, wrangled into a uniquely themed show by hometown girl (and former NYC cabaret performer) Carly Stocking. Every Café Carly presents different songs, performers, and jokes, but every one is a polished, high-energy songfest for delighted crowds. Never a dull moment when Carly and the gang roll through Hey Nonny. Join us for their holiday-themed show and have yourself a very wonderful evening!

CAST:

Nora Navarro – Nora is an actor and musician from Chicago, IL. She is a Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University alumnus. Most recently, she performed as Woman 1 in Theo Ubique’s “Songs for A New World” this past fall. You may have also seen her in The Night Shift (NBC), Avenue Q (NightBlue), or Hello Again (Theo Ubique)! Throughout her career she’s also had the pleasure of singing in various pop/rock bands in New York, Albuquerque, and Chicago.

 

Carly Stocking – Carly Stocking is an Arlington Heights native and received her BFA in Acting from Illinois Wesleyan University. She has performed across the US, spending five years in New York City producing, directing, and performing in cabarets. She recently became co-owner of the Arlington Heights-based children’s theatre company Setting the Stage.
Emily Goldberg – Emily Goldberg is a Chicago-based singer/actor, pun master, & animal lover. She is PUMPED to Nonny it UP! Sarah Rosenthal – Sarah Rosenthal is originally from Palatine but currently resides in Chicago. She hung up her dancin’ shoes some years ago after studying for her BFA at Columbia College Chicago & traded her shoes in for a set of bar tools. While Sarah loves shaking a cocktail or ten for you, she’s ecstatic to be singing again!
