GORAN IVANOVIC – Solo Acoustic Guitarist & Composer

Touring in support of his latest solo release, Far Away Feeling, acclaimed guitarist and composer Goran Ivanovic brings a unique blend of Balkan roots, classical guitar, jazz, flamenco, and cinematic music to the stage.

Known for his virtuosic technique and deeply expressive playing, Ivanovic recently performed before an audience of 5,000 at Bryant Park in New York City as part of the New York Guitar Festival, one of the country’s leading celebrations of the guitar.

Born in Croatia and classically trained at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Ivanovic has built an international career through his solo work, collaborations, and numerous recordings. His music has been praised by the Los Angeles Times as “restlessly innovative” and “extraordinarily sensitive.”

Performing on both classical and acoustic guitars, Ivanovic creates immersive performances that move effortlessly between intricate fingerstyle passages, Balkan rhythms, lyrical melodies, and cinematic soundscapes.

His latest album, Far Away Feeling, continues his evolution as a solo artist—offering an intimate yet powerful concert experience that showcases the guitar as an expansive and deeply expressive musical voice.
