Our certified Yoga instructor for this date is Hey Nonny’s very own, Caitlin Carroll.

Caitlin is a registered yoga teacher 200 hour graduate, registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches Hatha and Vinyasa style classes to all levels of students. She has a passion for yoga and loves to share this passion with whomever she can. You will find Caitlin on the mat at Tri Balance Yoga in Schaumburg and when she is not there, she is serving at Hey Nonny.
